How do lease rates and property values compare to the rest of St. Charles?
On average, lease rates are in line with other areas, but there is a wide range relative to similar buildouts. Because most of the commercial properties are live/work units, it makes it difficult to compare.
Do you offer residential real estate services?
We are licensed for it and Thomas Realty Group does assist residential developers, but we specialize in commercial. We have a vast network, so do reach out if you need a referral.

Paul joined TRG in 2021 after selling his business, Prep Security. Paul’s grandfather started Dinkins Realty in Ocala, FL, which specialized in commercial development, and his father is now the owner/broker. So CRE “runs in his blood.”
He and his wife, Trish, a St. Charles native, met while they were both Korean linguists in the Navy and have lived in and raised their two kids in New Town since 2007.
Paul has an MBA from WashU and an MA in Theology & Culture. He is a Certified Crypto Agent, so he can help clients interested in using crypto and blockchain in real estate. He brings his education, experience, and passion for community-building to help property owners, buyers, and tenants evaluate and make the deals that fit them best.
