One building at 3324 Rue Royale. A family of companies around it.
It started as a coworking space. It grew into event spaces, the NTx Connect business network, Commons Fitness, Shire Lane Estate, and commercial real estate in New Town. A foundation and a community investment offering are next.
In 2026 the coworking floor became HQ at The Commons, run in partnership with IWG, the company behind Regus and Spaces. Same building, same neighbors, with a global network behind the front desk. Commons Group stays locally owned and keeps building the rest.
